Wind River®, a world leader in delivering software for Internet of Things (IoT) was recognized for a third consecutive year by the Bay Area News Group in its Top Workplaces 2016 list, an annual profile of the top 100 places to work in the greater Bay Area.
The annual rankings are based on survey information collected and analyzed by Workplace Dynamics, an independent research company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Composite scores are calculated on the basis of employee responses about company leadership, compensation and training, diversity/inclusion, career development, work-life balance and values and ethics. Wind River was highlighted for its innovation, technology leadership, and focus on health and work-life balance.
“It is an honor to once again receive the distinction as a top workplace. Wind River is proud to be recognized for a culture that values its employees and helps them deliver success for our customers,” said Jim Douglas, president of Wind River.
